Connect Exhibit recently executed a project at SPIE 2025, held from January 28–30 in San Francisco. We had the opportunity to work with Fluence Technology, a leading manufacturer of femtosecond laser solutions known for their unique all-fiber technology. Our goal was to create a booth that perfectly showcases Fluence Technology’s products and also provides an engaging space for visitors to connect with their brand.

Key requirements

They required precise brand colour matching to maintain their visual identity. They also wanted to showcase their company’s progress effectively. A key focus was creating a product display that stood out, which led to the design of a front glass counter with integrated lighting to improve visibility. Client goals also included better visitor engagement and the addition of some planters for aesthetic appeal.

Meeting clients expectations

For Fluence Technology, we focused on reflecting their brand identity with precision and creativity. We ensured that the trade show booth design matched their brand colours perfectly to create a cohesive and striking look. To highlight their remarkable progress and achievements, we incorporated dynamic graphics like bar charts, making their story visually compelling and easy to understand.

Designing for engagement and impact

To make the booth welcoming and interactive, we designed a front glass display counter with built-in lights. It drew attention to their innovative products with a sleek, modern touch. Comfort and engagement were key. So, we provided ample seating and coffee stations, encouraging meaningful conversations and connections with visitors.

Adding to the booth’s aesthetic appeal, a 3D backlit logo stood out as a bold centerpiece. Also, strategically placed planters brought a fresh, vibrant touch to the space.

Connect Exhibit helped our client Fluence Technology to achieve their goals, and the client was extremely happy with the service. It made them receive numerous compliments at the SPIE trade show 2025.
