Our client Falcon Autotech, a company in the field of intralogistics automation solutions, wanted to make a significant impact with their booth at Promat 2025. We designed a flexible booth with a lightweight, modular setup that could be quickly assembled and broken down. This allowed our client to streamline the booth setup and reduce logistical costs. For the backlit counter, we incorporated LED lighting into the counter design. The soft backlighting illuminated the booth beautifully and highlighted Falcon Autotech’s branding. It was designed in a way that made it a focal point for visitors.
To add a touch of greenery and a welcoming atmosphere, we strategically placed plants at the booth. These plants enhanced the visual appeal and created a more inviting space for conversations. For the TV screen to display Falcon Autotech’s video, we mounted a high-definition screen in a prime spot within the booth. They were successfully able to display their company video through the big screen. Attendees also saw the video while interacting with the booth.
As a goal to show their digital presence through the booth, we added a touchscreen kiosk on the side of the booth. This screen was made to browse the company’s webpage and learn more about their intralogistics automation solutions in real time.
We also made sure that the booth was easily accessible. There were open layouts and strategically placed entry points. This made it easy for visitors to approach the booth, which Falcon Autotech had desired.
